Before co-founding Alloyant, Elie held various top brass positions in leading telecommunications and system integration companies in West Africa (primarily Nigeria), and has been the CEO of leading web design co. (Extreme Design, 1997 - 2001), and CEO of GlobalReach Satellite, an international voice, data and satellite services provider. Elie studied Marketing and Advertising from Saint Joseph University, Beirut, Lebanon.

With a degree in Information Technologies (Collegium Technicum, Krakow, Poland), an MCSE and CCNA, and RF engineering training, Shant has held top tech positions in leading telecom companies in West Africa specializing in wireless technologies, IP and voice over IP, transmission and switching. Shant now leads the R&D and technical support and services departments.

Holding a degree in education, Nadine has held various positions in a French marketing company and companies straight since graduation and served as the COO for GlobalReach Satellite. She has vast management exprience from her position as a financial consultancy team leader for SNA - AGF Allianz group.
