Originally baptized Netlipse Networks, Alloyant was founded in 1999 by a group of IT professionals with vast experience in Internet security, IP, RF and Wireless access. Renamed and restructured in 2002, Alloyant Technologies ltd. is a privately
held company that develops and markets advanced broadband wireless access products.

Alloyant Wireless Technologies is a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom and operates from headquarters in London with an offshore R&D, sales and support center in Beirut, Lebanon. The European-Mediterranean positioning allows access to highly qualified personnel, a unique seaport, and an excellent sales outreach to the Middle East and the whole world.
